I have used this opticians venue for a lot of years, it is an oasis of calm, unlike other places I have very occasionally visited! I do have some increasing mobility problems and don't find the stairs to the consulting rooms so easy these days, but the staff are always attentive, pleasant and well trained in their role within the organisation, so I don't want to go elsewhere!
